Los objetivos específicos fueron identificar el formato del programa televisivo “El gran chef famosos” de la primera y sexta temporada, señalar los aspectos morfológicos y sintácticos del programa televisivo “El gran chef famosos” de la primera y sexta temporada; y examinar los aspectos semánticos y narrativos del programa televisivo “El gran chef famosos” de la primera y sexta temporada. La investigación empleó un paradigma naturalista, con una metodología cualitativa y un enfoque hermenéutico. La técnica que se utilizó fue el análisis de contenido, empleando el instrumento de ficha de análisis de contenido. Como resultados, se obtuvo que el formato televisivo del programa mezcla elementos gastronómicos, de entretenimiento y telerrealidad; además del uso de figuras simples y abstractas, plasmados en planos y ángulos cerrados, como también de música y efectos de sonido extradiegéticos que, combinado con el tono cálido en la colorización, creaban un espacio dinámico y enérgico estructurados en una narración linealThe general objective of this research was to analyze the audiovisual content from the television program “El gran chef famosos” belonging to first and sixth seasons. While, the specific objectives were to identify the format belonging to television program “El gran chef famosos” of the first and sixth seasons, to point out the morphological and syntactic aspects of the television program “El gran chef famosos” belonging to first and sixth seasons; and examine the semantic and narrative aspects of the television program “El gran chef famosos” of the first and sixth seasons. The research was based on a naturalistic paradigm, with a qualitative methodology and a phenomenological approach. The techniques used were content analysis, by using the content analysis sheet instrument; and the interview, by using the unstructured interview sheet instrument.
