A partir de ello, se consideró el constructo teórico efectuado por Salvador en el 2021, así como el del investigador Koopmans del 2013, dichos modelos permitieron que 107 colaboradores puedan responder dos formularios. En cuanto a los resultados, se evidenció que los empleadores mencionan que existe un nivel de salario emocional, así como el rendimiento laboral; asimismo, se determinó que existe relación del salario emocional con los constructos ambiente, desarrollo profesional y flexibilidad. Además, se señala que los factores sociodemográficos (edad, sexo, profesión, estado civil e ingresos) no se vincula con las variables abordadas. Finalmente, se esbozó que existe relación positiva y considerable entre los dos constructos analizados.The general purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between emotional pay and job performance in a professional college in the department of Lambayeque. Based on this, the theoretical construct developed by Salvador in 2021 was considered, as well as that of the researcher Koopmans in 2013, and these models allowed 107 employees to answer two forms. As for the results, it was found that employers mentioned that there is a level of emotional salary, as well as job performance; it was also determined that there is a relationship between emotional salary and the constructs environment, professional development and flexibility. In addition, it was noted that the socio-demographic factors (age, gender, profession, marital status and income) were not linked to the variables addressed.
