Repositorio de Tesis USAT.RTU008150http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12423/8497La obsolescencia de los espacios post industriales forman parte de un discurso institucionalizado que muestra un desinterés en reconstruir su memoria, sin embargo se reconoce que la causa principal de esta indiferencia es la manera en cómo se establece las nociones del patrimonio y monumento histórico, esta investigación buscará los motivos por los cuales se produjo la obsolescencia y el cómo se pueden reactivar los espacios post industriales del Centro Poblado de Mayascón mediante la reutilización de la Ex casa Hacienda, con este fin, este trabajo considera enfocarse en cuatro fases, las primeras dos en el reconocimiento del área a nivel macro, como también el estado actual y de conservación de la casona, y las últimas dos en el reconocimiento de las causas de su obsolescencia y en determinar estrategias de reutilización para su reactivación. Los resultados identifican la mayoría de los espacios industriales dentro de la Ex Casa Hacienda, revelando su valor patrimonial e industrial, encontrando potencialidades de reutilización, los cuales serán reactivados mediante estrategias de solución. Se concluyó que reactivando sus espacios obsoletos se lograra su conservación, dinamización y difusión de su patrimonio industrial, poniendo en manifiesto las diferentes opciones que existen en la gestión de la valorización y protección.The obsolescence of post-industrial spaces are part of an institutionalized discourse that shows a lack of interest in reconstructing their memory, however it is recognized that the main cause of this indifference is the way in which the notions of heritage and historical monument are established, this research will look for the reasons why the obsolescence and the reactivation of the post-industrial spaces of the Mayascón Town Center occurred through the reuse of the former Hacienda house, to this end, this work considers focusing on four phases, the first two on recognition of the area at a macro level, as well as the current and conservation state of the house, and the last two in the recognition of the causes of its obsolescence and in determining reuse strategies for its reactivation. The results identify most of the industrial spaces within the Ex Casa Hacienda, revealing their patrimonial and industrial value, finding potential for reuse, which will be reactivated through solution strategies.
