Repositorio Institucional USAT. https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12423/10435RTU009969https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12423/10435La siguiente investigación busca potenciar la zona monumental de la plazuela Elías Aguirre con su eje histórico, para mejorar las dinámicas de movilidad por edificios problemáticos, abandonados o calles discontinuas que perjudican al peatón, para esto, se tiene como objetivo la reestructuración en la zona monumental de la Ex Planta eléctrica mediante el Análisis de la dinámica de movilidad y el estudio de tipologías urbanas en la ciudad de Chiclayo. La metodología se estructuró en tres fases: Diagnosticar el estado actual del sector, evidenciando que dicho edificio, al quedar abandonado, entorpece los flujos y segrega actividades, sumado a una calle morfológicamente discontinua de alto flujo vehicular, actividad cultural improvisada, ferias temporales, paraderos informales, la segunda fase; Estudiar propuestas urbanas sobre restructuración de la dinámica de movilidad, implicando la deconstrucción de la geometría. La tercera fase; se plantea en tres partes: intensiones, figuración de la geometría y un Master plan para las zonas potenciales, adoptando o descartando características que permitan optimizar recursos, espacio, rentabilidad y a la vez vincule el muro preexistente que es parte de la identidad de la zona; que sirva como aporte al proceso de la metamorfosis de la idea dentro de una zona sobrepoblada. A través de un Clúster Arquitectónico que contenga áreas públicas dispuestas a la improvisación vinculado a un sistema multifuncional entre Comercio de servicio emplatado; Cultura y Torre de oficinas.The following research seeks to enhance the monumental area of the Elías Aguirre square with its historical axis, to improve the dynamics of mobility through problematic, abandoned buildings or discontinuous streets that harm pedestrians, for this, the following objective is the restructuring of the area of the Former Power Plant through the Analysis of the dynamics of the monumental area and the study of urban typologies in the city of Chiclayo. The methodology was structured in three phases: Diagnose the current state of the sector, showing that said building, when abandoned, hinders flows and segregates activities, added to a morphologically discontinuous street with high vehicular flow, improvised cultural activity, temporary fairs, bus stops. informal, the second phase; Study urban proposals on restructuring mobility dynamics, involving the deconstruction of geometry. The third phase; It is proposed in three parts: intentions, figuration of the geometry and a Master plan for the potential areas, adopting or discarding characteristics that allow optimizing resources, space, profitability and at the same time linking the pre-existing wall that is part of the identity of the area; that serves as a contribution to the process of metamorphosis of the idea within an overpopulated area.
