Implementación de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para disminuir riesgos en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Público “Perú-Japón” , periodo 2020

Abstract

El objetivo de investigar es implementar un sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para disminuir riesgos en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico Público “Perú-Japón”. Todo el proceso se realiza dentro de los ambientes del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Público “Perú-Japón”, ubicado en el Jirón Amazonas Nº120 de la ciudad de Chachapoyas, distrito Chachapoyas, provincia Chachapoyas, Departamento Amazonas. Para el desarrollo de la investigación, se aplicó técnicas de encuesta con el instrumento “Línea base” y uso del instrumento “Ficha de observación” conocida como “Matriz IPERC”, lo que permitió descubrir las deficiencias que posee el instituto en lo referente a Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo. Al iniciar el estudio se encuentra que el ISTP “Perú-Japón” cumple con el 12.89% (deficiente) de lo normativo por la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (Ley 29783), y los trabajadores desconocen de los lineamientos. Una vez implementado el sistema de seguridad el cumpliendo un mínimo de los estándares, un 80.11%. Así mismo los riesgos de categoría importantes y moderada que está asociada a las áreas de laboratorio y administración sufren una disminución en su nivel de riesgo.The objective of this research is to implement a Safety and Health Management System at Work to reduce risks at the Public Higher Technological Institute “Peru – Japan”. The entire process is carried out within the environments of the Public Technological Institute “Peru – Japan”, located at Jirón Amazonas Nº120 in the city of Chachapoyas, Chachapoyas district, Chachapoyas province, Amazonas Department. For the development of the research, survey techniques were applied with the “Baseline” instrument and the use of the “Observation Sheet” instrument known as “IPERC Matrix”, which allowed to discover the deficiencies that the institute has in relation to Safety and Health Management at work. At the beginning of the study, it was found that the ISTP “PeruJapan” complies with 12.89% (deficient) of the regulations by the Safety and Health at Work Law (Law 29783), and the workers are unaware of the guidelines. Once the system is implemented, compliance with minimum safety standards is achieved at 80.11%. Likewise, the important and moderate category risks associated with the laboratory and administration areas experience a decrease in their risk level.
