Resumen
En la actualidad las personas que poseen una discapacidad motriz presentan obstáculos y limitaciones ya sea por parte del entorno urbano con la falta de rampas en las veredas o al momento de acceder a un vehículo para su traslado. Según el INEI, en el Perú solo el 10% de vehículos de transporte cuentan con métodos de acceso los cuales les permite movilizarse con autonomía y comodidad. En el distrito de Chiclayo, la falta de vehículos adaptados para el traslado de personas con discapacidad motriz se convierte en un obstáculo diario que les ocasiona una pérdida de tiempo significativa en su rutina diaria. Por este motivo, el objetivo de la presente investigación es diseñar y simular un sistema elevador automatizado para el traslado de personas con discapacidad motriz implementado a vehículos mediante un software de ingeniería, el cual está enfocado en facilitar la entrada de una persona que posee una discapacidad motriz a un vehículo. Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación, se diagnosticó mediante una encuesta la situación actual de las personas con discapacidad en el distrito de Chiclayo, con lo que se obtuvo bases para el diseño conceptual del sistema elevador y mediante la metodología planteada se estableció una propuesta de ingeniería. Además, se diseñó el sistema electromecánico y se procedió a realizar los estudios estructurales y de automatización en software de ingeniería y finalmente se elaboró una estructura de costos del sistema elevador. Y así, se logró el diseño de un sistema elevador automatizado que permita el traslado de personas con discapacidad motriz implementado a vehículos.
Currently, people with motor disabilities face obstacles and limitations either in the urban environment with the lack of ramps on the sidewalks or when accessing a vehicle for transportation. According to the INEI, in Peru only 10% of transportation vehicles have accessibility methods that allow them to move with autonomy and comfort. In the district of Chiclayo, the lack of vehicles adapted for the transportation of people with motor disabilities becomes a daily obstacle that causes a significant loss of time in their daily routine. For this reason, the objective of this research is to design and simulate an automated elevator system for the transfer of people with motor disabilities implemented to vehicles through engineering software, which is focused on facilitating the entry of a person who has a motor disability to a vehicle. For the development of this research, the current situation of people with disabilities in the district of Chiclayo was diagnosed through a survey, which provided the basis for the conceptual design of the elevator system and through the proposed methodology an engineering proposal was established. In addition, the electromechanical system was designed and structural and automation studies were carried out using engineering software, and finally a cost structure for the elevator system was developed. Thus, the design of an automated elevator system that allows the transfer of people with motor disabilities implemented in vehicles was achieved.
