Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Control Organizacional Informal y la Satisfacción Laboral de una comercializadora en Chiclayo en 2023. Para lograr cumplir con dicho propósito se utilizaron dos cuestionarios de acuerdo a cada variable, los cuales se aplicaron a 102 colaboradores. Es una investigación básica con un nivel descriptivo-correlacional y diseño no experimental con corte transversal. Posteriormente los resultados que se recopilaron colaboraron para dar respuesta a los objetivos específicos en relación al objetivo general, que está compuesto por la relación de ambas variables. Para el procesamiento de datos, se aplicó la escala de Likert. Se evaluó tanto el Control Organizacional Informal y la Satisfacción Laboral junto a sus dimensiones, dando como resultado que ambas variables tienen una correlación significativa alta.
