Resumen
Este estudio se desarrolló para responder a la necesidad de instaurar un sistema de gestión de calidad que se alinee con los requerimientos dictados por la norma ISO 9001:2015, diseñado específicamente para su aplicación en una empresa paisajista, este sistema está orientado a mejorar la rentabilidad de la compañía. Por ende, tiene como propósito el análisis de sus estados financieros, a través de coeficientes de rentabilidad. Además, busca precisar la influencia mediante la propuesta de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, destinado a ayudar a la empresa a incrementar sus ingresos, recortar gastos y fortalecer su desempeño en el ámbito corporativo.
El objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad ISO 9001:2015 para incrementar la rentabilidad en la empresa Paisajista, 2020-2022, y al mismo tiempo garantizar la calidad del servicio, aumentar la productividad y la satisfacción del cliente. Cabe resaltar que el tipo de investigación fue aplicada porque se orienta a mejorar una situación problemática a través de la evaluación y selección de estrategias para implementar un SGC, nivel descriptivo- propositivo, diseño no experimental- transversal, su población y muestra está conformada por las diferentes áreas involucradas directamente con la gestión de la calidad y gestión financiera; asimismo se utilizó la guía de entrevista como instrumento para recopilar información , lista de cotejo como hoja de control para verificar si la empresa maneja un sistema de gestión de calidad, y guía de análisis documental que se utilizará en la determinación de los coeficientes de rentabilidad.
This study was developed to respond to the need to establish a quality management system that aligns with the requirements dictated by the ISO 9001:2015 standard, designed specifically for its application in a landscape company, this system is aimed at improving profitability of the company. Therefore, its purpose is to analyze its financial statements, through profitability coefficients. In addition, it seeks to specify the influence by proposing a Quality Management System, intended to help the company increase its income, cut expenses and strengthen its performance in the corporate sphere. The objective of this research is to design an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to increase profitability in the Landscape company, 2020-2022, and at the same time guarantee service quality, increase productivity and customer satisfaction. It should be noted that the type of research was applied because it is aimed at improving a problematic situation through the evaluation and selection of strategies to implement a QMS, descriptive-propositive level, non-experimental-cross-sectional design, its population and sample are made up of the different areas directly involved with quality management and financial management; Likewise, the interview guide was used as an instrument to collect information, a checklist as a control sheet to verify if the company manages a quality management system, and a documentary analysis guide that will be used in determining the profitability coefficients.
