La relación entre la responsabilidad social empresarial y la reputación en una caja municipal de Chiclayo, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación se centró en una caja municipal del distrito de Chiclayo, la cual ha realizado Responsabilidad social que es percibida por los clientes. Por ello se planteó como objetivo determinar la relación entre la RSE y la reputación en una Caja Municipal de Chiclayo, 2022. En la metodología, el enfoque considerado fue el cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, y el nivel correlacional alto, un diseño no experimental, lográndose encuestar a 540 clientes de la entidad financiera en cuestión. Como resultados se obtuvo que, ambas variables se encuentran correlacionadas de manera directa y significativa. Llegándose a concluir que la presente investigación permitió corroborar que existe una relación positiva entre responsabilidad social empresarial y la reputación en una caja municipal de Chiclayo alta, de modo se evidencia que si la organización financiera realiza actividades correspondiente a la responsabilidad social empresa contribuirá a mejorar la reputación que tiene y de esa forma los cliente de la misma podrán tener una mejor percepción respecto a la contribución de la entidad financiera hacia la población.

This research focused on a municipal bank in the district of Chiclayo, which has carried out Social Responsibility that is perceived by customers. Therefore, the objective was to determine the relationship between CSR and reputation in a Municipal Bank of Chiclayo, 2022. In the methodology, the approach considered was quantitative, of the applied type, and the high correctional level, a non-experimental design, managing to survey 540 clients of the financial institution in question. As a result, it was obtained that both variables are correlated in a direct and significant way. It was concluded that the present research allowed to corroborate that there is a positive relationship between corporate social responsibility and reputation in a municipal bank in Chiclayo high, so it is evident that if the financial organization carries out activities corresponding to corporate social responsibility, it will contribute to improving its reputation and in this way its clients will be able to have a better perception regarding the contribution of the financial institution to the population.
