Resumen
Esta investigación pudo determinar la relación del síndrome de burnout y satisfacción laboral en los colaboradores de la Municipalidad de Moyobamba. El estudio fue cuantitativo de diseño no experimental y de alcance correccional. Respecto a la población, los funcionarios de la municipalidad fueron los participantes siendo de 214. La información fue recolectada mediante dos cuestionarios: el MBI y la escala de Chiang. Los hallazgos revelaron una correlación positiva de nivel muy bajo entre ambas variables, lo cual sugiere que aspectos como la realización personal pueden ayudar a mitigar parte del impacto negativo del burnout. Además, se observó que dos de las dimensiones del burnout se relacionan inversamente con la satisfacción laboral, mientras que la faltante muestra una correlación positiva, sugiriendo que cuando los colaboradores sienten un mayor sentido de logro y eficacia en su trabajo, su satisfacción laboral se ve fortalecida.
This research determined the relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in Moyobamba employees. The study was quantitative, non-experimental in design and correctional in scope. Regarding the population, municipal officials were the participants, numbering 214. The information was collected through two questionnaires: the MBI and the Chiang scale. The findings revealed a very weak relationship between both variables, which suggests that aspects such as personal fulfillment can help mitigate part of the negative impact of burnout. Furthermore, it was observed that two of the dimensions of burnout are inversely related to job satisfaction, while the missing one shows a positive correlation, suggesting that when employees feel a greater sense of achievement and effectiveness in their work, their job satisfaction is reduced. strengthened
