Diseño de una planta de papel bond aprovechando bagazo de caña para atender la demanda nacional insatisfecha

Abstract

En el análisis realizado en la presenta investigación se realizó el diseño de una planta productora de papel bond a base de bagazo de caña de azúcar, en el cual se demuestra que es un proyecto viable en lo comercial, técnico, económico y financiero, y ambiental. Se desarrolló un estudio de mercado a nivel nacional, en donde se analizó la viabilidad comercial del proyecto mediante el comportamiento de la demanda y oferta del papel bond, obteniéndose una demanda insatisfecha de 137 439 toneladas para el 2025, del cual se cubrirá el 1,5% del total, obteniendo así el plan de ventas del proyecto. Por medio del diseño de ingeniería, se analizó la viabilidad tecnológica del proyecto, en donde se halló la capacidad utilizada de 78,328%. Por otro lado, se determinó la localización de la planta mediante el uso matriz de factores ponderados, siendo el departamento de La Libertad el lugar escogido. Asimismo, se diseñó la plano y distribución de la planta través del método Guerchet y Layout. Se analizó la viabilidad económica y financiera del proyecto, teniendo como resultado que la implementación de la planta es restable, puesto que se obtiene un VAN positivo de S/7 231 645,56 y un TIR de 46%, siento este mayor al TMAR Global (13,32%). Para finalizar, se hizo el diseño de un área de tratamiento de residuos generados por el proceso productivo del papel bond, del cual se puso dos líneas procesamiento para la recuperación de químicos que se encuentran en el licor negro y para tratamiento de las aguas residuales.

In the analysis carried out in the present investigation, the design of a bond paper production plant based on sugarcane bagasse was carried out, in which it is shown that it is a viable project in the commercial, technical, economic and financial, and environmental aspects. A market study was developed at the national level, where the commercial viability of the project was analyzed through the behavior of the demand and supply of bond paper, from which the project sales plan was obtained. Through the engineering design, the technological viability of the project was analyzed, where the used capacity of 78,328% was found. On the other hand, the location of the plant was determined by using a matrix of weighted factors, the department of La Libertad being the chosen place. Likewise, the plan and layout of the plant were designed using the Guerchet and Layout method. The economic and financial viability of the project was analyzed, having as a result that the implementation of the plant is reestablished, since a positive NPV of S / 7 231 645,56 and an IRR of 46% is obtained, I feel this is higher than the Global TMAR (13,32%). Finally, a design was made for a treatment area for waste generated by the bond paper production process, of which two processing lines were put in place for the recovery of chemicals found in black liquor and for treating wastewater.
