Lineamientos para la planificación de un sistema de viviendas rural sostenible. Caso: Zona rural Oeste de Reque – Chiclayo

Abstract

Esta investigación analiza la realidad de la zona rural oeste del distrito de Reque, caracterizada por la falta de infraestructura básica, viviendas adecuadas y oportunidades de desarrollo, lo que contribuye al abandono rural. El objetivo es proponer lineamientos para la planificación de un sistema habitacional rural sostenible, el cual se lleva a cabo mediante un enfoque mixto, con técnicas de observación, mapeo y análisis documental, se diagnosticaron las deficiencias del sistema habitacional actual, luego se analizaron referentes de casos de estudio y propuestas similares para poder evaluar las estrategias y lineamientos que contribuyan a generar la propuesta de un sistema habitacional rural sostenible para la zona rural oeste del distrito de Reque; el cual integra viviendas, espacios productivos y equipamientos comunitarios, buscando mejorar la calidad de vida, fomentar el arraigo local y promover un desarrollo integral replicable en otras regiones del Perú. La propuesta incluye el uso de materiales locales y sostenibles, como el bambú, la creación de macromanzanas funcionales y la capacitación comunitaria para la autoconstrucción. Este enfoque busca equilibrar el crecimiento económico, el cuidado ambiental y el bienestar social, respetando las particularidades culturales y territoriales de la zona.This research analyzes the reality of the western rural area of the district of Reque, characterized by the lack of basic infrastructure, adequate housing and development opportunities, which contributes to rural abandonment. The objective is to propose guidelines for planning a sustainable rural housing system, which is carried out through a mixed approach, with observation techniques, mapping and document analysis, the shortcomings of the current housing system were diagnosed, Case studies and similar proposals were then analysed to evaluate the strategies and guidelines that contribute to generating a proposal for a sustainable rural housing system for the western rural area of the district of Reque, which includes housing, productive spaces and community facilities, seeking to improve the quality of life, encourage local roots and promote integral development replicable in other regions of Peru. The proposal includes the use of local and sustainable materials such as bamboo, the creation of functional macroblocks and community training for self-construction. This approach seeks to balance economic growth, environmental care and social welfare, while respecting the cultural and territorial particularities of the area.
