Diseño de la infraestructura de la I.E. 11624 “Mártir PNP Williams Wilfredo Valdivieso Santamaría”, Mórrope - Lambayeque - Lambayeque – 2020

Abstract

El constante crecimiento demográfico, trajo consigo la sobrepoblación educativa, tanto que en el 2016 se creó la I.E. N° 11624 “MÁRTIR PNP WILLIAMS WILFREDO VALDIVIESO SANTAMARÍA”, con la finalidad de cubrir el número de matrículas no albergadas por las instituciones existentes, actualmente la institución en estudio no cuenta con infraestructura propia, sus actividades académicas se venían realizando en ambientes que no cumplen con los estándares mínimos sectoriales. Este trabajo tuvo como objeto el diseño estructural, instalaciones sanitarias y eléctricas, metrados, evaluación de impacto ambiental, costos y presupuestos de la infraestructura educativa en mención utilizando softwares como Excel. AutoCAD, Revit, Etabs, Sap2000, S10 Costos y Presupuestos. Se concluye, con un diseño estructural de módulos de concreto armado, albañilería confinada y coberturas auto-soportadas en las losas deportivas multiusos; sistema hidroneumático para la distribución de agua; en instalaciones eléctricas, luminarias tipo LED para una eficiencia energética, torre para rayos, y por último, drenaje pluvial como propuesta ante posibles eventos fortuitos como el fenómeno El Niño, considerando la normativa vigente proporcionada por el Ministerio de Educación MINEDU, y por el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones, con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad de educación, fortalecer el aprendizaje de la sociedad y el desarrollo del país.

N° 11624 "MÁRTIR PNP WILLIAMS WILFREDO VALDIVIESO SANTAMARÍA" was created, with the purpose of covering the number of enrollments not housed by the existing institutions, currently the institution under study does not have its own infrastructure, its academic activities had been taking place in environments that do not meet the minimum sectorial standards. The purpose of this work was the structural design, sanitary and electrical installations, metrics, environmental impact assessment, costs and budgets of the educational infrastructure in question, using software such as Excel. AutoCAD, Revit, Etabs, Sap2000, S10 Costs and Budgets. The project concludes with a structural design of reinforced concrete modules, confined masonry and self-supported coverings in the multipurpose sports slabs; hydro-pneumatic system for water distribution; In electrical installations, LED type luminaires for energy efficiency, lightning tower, and finally, rain drainage as a proposal for possible fortuitous events such as the El Niño phenomenon, considering the current regulations provided by the Ministry of Education MINEDU, and the National Building Regulations, in order to improve the quality of education, strengthen the learning of society and the development of the country.
