Mecanismos jurídicos para la exportación y el crecimiento empresarial de las Mypes en la región Lambayeque 2021-2024

Abstract

Esta investigación busca determinar la relación que existe entre uso de mecanismos jurídicos para la exportación y el crecimiento empresarial de las Mypes en la Región Lambayeque en los años 2021-2024. Para ello se emplea un enfoque cualitativo, con un análisis normativo (costo beneficio del mismo) y un muestreo voluntario y por conveniencia, siendo los resultados no probabilísticos. Para la recolección de la información principal se utilizó la entrevista semi estructurada y se determinó que (en función de la muestra) las mypes exportadoras contratan de forma verbal, esperan la entrega del producto para recién realizar el pago y no cuentan con un modelo de internacionalización; emplean el régimen de importación definitiva y aprovechan los tratados internacionales que facilitan la exportación (aún sin saberlo). La mayoría de las mypes crece positivamente y atribuyen este crecimiento a la demanda externa creciente o constante. En ese sentido se concluye que son los tratados internacionales, los mecanismos jurídicos para la exportación, los que tienen principal influencia en el crecimiento empresarial de las mypes exportadoras. Mientras que los demás mecanismos jurídicos tienen una influencia parcial o nula.

This study determines the relationship between the use of legal mechanisms for exports and the business growth of SMEs in the Lambayeque Region in the years 2021-2024. For this purpose, a qualitative approach is used, with a voluntary and convenience sampling, with non-probabilistic results. For the collection of the main information, a semistructured interview was used and it was determined that (based on the sample) the exporting MSMEs contract verbally, wait for the delivery of the product before making payment and do not have an internationalization model; they use the definitive import regime and take advantage of international treaties that facilitate exporting (even without knowing it). The majority of MSMEs are growing and attribute that to growing or constant external demand. In this sense, we concluded that the international treaties, the legal mechanisms for exporting, which have the main influence on the business growth of exporting MSMEs. Other legal mechanisms have a partial or no influence.
