Resumen
La comprensión lectora es considerada como tarea primordial para adquirir otros conocimientos, por ello es necesario desarrollar este proceso a través de diferentes estrategias didácticas que llamen la atención de los estudiantes. El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo Diseñar un Programa Campeones de lectura para potenciar la comprensión lectora en estudiantes del tercer grado de educación primaria. La investigación es de paradigma positivista, enfoque cuantitativo, método no experimental y con un nivel básica-propositiva. El diagnóstico se ha realizado con una muestra de 9 estudiantes con edades comprendidas entre 8 y 9 años, a los cuales se les aplicó una ficha de comprensión lectora, teniendo en cuenta la estructura de Ministerio de Educación. Los resultados emitidos por un juicio de expertos mostraron que el programa cuenta con pertinencia, confiabilidad y validez. Y concluye en la investigación que el programa Campeones de Lectura, ha sido elaborado con rigor científico.

This investigation has a positivist paradigm, a quantitative approach, a non-experimental method, and a basic-purposeful level. The diagnosis was made with a sample of 9 students aged between 8 and 9 years, to whom a reading comprehension card was applied, considering the structure of the Ministry of Education. The results issued by expert judges showed that the program has relevance, reliability, and validity. They concluded after the investigation that the Reading Champions program has been developed with scientific rigor.
