Resumen
El síndrome de boreout (SB) ?? también llamado aburrimiento laboral es una variable de escasa investigación en el personal que labora en el sector salud y al existir escasas investigaciones sobre el tema en el personal de salud en nuestra región existe una preocupación por entender el comportamiento del síndrome de boreout. Es por ello, que se tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de síndrome de Boreout en el personal de un centro de salud en Lambayeque. Así como también, identificar el nivel del SB según dimensiones, según especialidad y según antigüedad en el puesto de trabajo. Para este estudio se utilizó un diseño no experimental, tipo cuantitativo y nivel descriptivo correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 95 trabajadores y la técnica
usada fue la encuesta a través de la adaptación del cuestionario Síndrome de Boreout. Los resultados evidenciaron niveles medios en las dimensiones de aburrimiento, desinterés e infraexigencia. Por otra parte, también se encontró que aquellos colaboradores que tienen menos de 36 meses en el puesto muestran un nivel medio de SB. Por último, en las diversas especialidades encuestadas, se encontró un predominio del nivel medio. En conclusión, el personal de salud presenta un nivel medio del SB lo que reflejaría que podrían estar realizando tareas montonas y poco gratificantes, las cuales no llegan a ser tan intensas para generar un malestar severo en su desempeño.
Boreout syndrome (BS) ?? also called boredom at work is a variable of scarce research in personnel working in the health sector and since there is little research on the subject in health personnel in our region, there is a concern to understand the behavior of boreout syndrome. Therefore, the objective was to determine the level of Boreout syndrome in the personnel of a health center in Lambayeque. Also, to identify the level of BS according to dimensions, according to specialty and according to seniority in the job. A non-experimental, quantitative, descriptive correlational design was used for this study. The sample was made up of 95 workers and the technique used was the survey through the used was the survey through the adaptation of the Boreout Syndrome questionnaire. The results showed average levels in the dimensions of boredom, disinterest and underexertion. On the other hand, it was also found that those collaborators who have been in the position for less than 36 months show a medium level of BS. Finally, in the various specialties surveyed, a predominance of the medium level was found. In conclusion, the health personnel present a medium level of SB, which would reflect that they could be carrying out heavy and unrewarding tasks, which are not so intense as to generate severe discomfort in their performance.
