Determinantes del acceso al financiamiento de las pymes en el Perú al Mercado Alternativo de Valores y su comparación frente al Alternative Investment Market 2020

Abstract

El propósito de la presente investigación es determinar y analizar los factores que facilitan el proceso de cumplimiento de los requerimientos establecidos para el ingreso al Mercado Alternativo de Valores (MAV) y su comparación al Alternative Investment Market (AIM) en razón de identificar falencias o debilidades dentro de nuestro mercado alternativo. El objetivo general de la investigación es Analizar los principales factores que determinan el acceso al financiamiento de las pymes en el Perú al Mercado Alternativo de Valores (MAV) y su comparación frente al Alternative Investment Market (AIM) 2020. El enfoque de la investigación es cualitativo, ya que se trata de estudiar el fenómeno desde una perspectiva holística y de la descripción del mismo. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, ya que se ha tenido como base aportes teóricos y de igual manera también busca ampliar los conocimientos existentes acerca del fenómeno estudiado. La técnica de investigación que se ha utilizado es el análisis documental, y se buscó realizar un análisis, interpretación y síntesis de los documentos elegidos para llevar a cabo la investigación, tales como; estados financieros, memoria anual, informes de clasificación de riesgo, páginas webs oficiales, etc. Como resultado de la investigación se ha obtenido los factores determinantes que facilitan el proceso de cumplimiento de los requisitos del Mercado Alternativo de Valores, tales como; Profesionalización de los cargos gerenciales y directorales, directorio formado por miembros independientes, certificación ISO, entre otros. En cuanto a la comparación de los mercados alternativos se tiene que el mercado europeo presenta diferentes aspectos que permiten un mejor desenvolvimiento, como la regulación light, acceso de empresas de diferente nacionalidad, años de experiencia. Se concluye que los factores determinantes además de simplificar y facilitar el proceso de ingreso de las empresas al Mercado Alternativo de Valores peruano hacen que este se realice en el menor tiempo posible, estos se encuentran presentes en el momento previo del ingreso de estas empresas al mercado alternativo peruano según la información histórica revisada.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the factors that facilitate the process of compliance with the established requirements for entry to the Alternative Stock Market (MAV) and its comparison to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) by identifying weaknesses or weaknesses within our alternative market. The research was of an applied type, since it has been based on theoretical contributions and also seeks to expand existing knowledge about the phenomenon studied. The research technique that has been used for the research is documentary analysis, and the aim was to carry out an analysis, interpretation and synthesis of the documents chosen to carry out the research, such as; financial statements, annual report, risk classification reports, official websites, etc. As a result of the research, the determining factors that facilitate the process of compliance with the requirements of the Alternative Securities Market have been obtained, such as: Professionalization of managerial and managerial positions, Directory formed by independent members, ISO certification, among others. As for the comparison of alternative markets, the European market has different aspects that allow a better development, such as light regulation, access for companies of different nationality, years of experience. It is concluded that the determining factors in addition to simplifying and facilitating the process of entry of companies to the Peruvian Alternative Securities Market, make this to be done in the shortest possible time, These are present at the moment prior to the entry of these companies to the Peruvian alternative market according to carefully reviewed historical information.
