Resumen
El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la calidad de vida laboral de los colaboradores de dos instituciones educativas públicas de Chiclayo. El enfoque fue cuantitativo, tipo aplicada – descriptiva, diseño no experimental – transversal, se pretende realizar la investigación en base a la evidencia presentada en el personal acerca del desgaste que presentan debido a la carga laboral existente y a la falta de relaciones interpersonales. Referente a la metodología, se solicitó al personal de las instituciones que completaran un cuestionario que evaluara las siguientes dimensiones: Compensación adecuada y justa, ambiente seguro y saludable, desarrollo de capacidades humanas, crecimiento y seguridad, integración social, constitucionalismo, espacio vital total y relevancia social, obteniendo 112 respuestas de ellas. Se obtuvo como resultado un nivel moderado, en donde el espacio vital y la relevancia social tuvo un impacto significativo en la calidad de vida laboral. Además, se concluye que, el salario que perciben los docentes está en función a su desempeño, no obstante, el salario que se brinda es bajo, así mismo se presentan ocasionalmente oportunidades de crecimiento y la imagen que las instituciones proyectan a la sociedad es la adecuada.
The study aims to determine the quality of work life of employees of two public educational institutions in Chiclayo. The approach was quantitative, applied type - descriptive, non- experimental design - cross-sectional, it is intended to carry out the research based on the evidence presented in the staff about the wear and tear they present due to the existing workload and the lack of interpersonal relationships. Regarding the methodology, the personnel of the institutions were asked to complete a questionnaire that evaluated the following dimensions: Adequate and fair compensation, safe and healthy environment, development of human capacities, growth and security, social integration, constitutionalism, total living space and social relevance, obtaining 112 responses from them. A moderate level was obtained as a result, where the living space and social relevance had a significant impact on the quality of work life. In addition, it is concluded that the salary received by teachers is based on their performance, however, the salary provided is low, likewise opportunities for growth are occasionally presented and the image that institutions project to society is the adequate.
