Resumen
La investigación tuvo como objetivo del estudio fue identificar la influencia de la calidad de la experiencia en la motivación turística del turista local para volver a un museo de Lambayeque,2024. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance correlacional y diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por turistas locales que visitaron el museo durante el primer trimestre del 2024, y mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia se encuestó a 368 participantes. Se utilizó un cuestionario validado y confiable para medir las variables de estudio. Respecto a los resultados, se obtuvo que la calidad de la experiencia y la motivación fue adecuada; y las dimensiones participación, tranquilidad, reconocimiento, escape y aprendizaje de la calidad de la experiencia influyen en la motivación turística debido a una significancia directa y positiva p<0.000, es decir las dimensiones de la variable independiente se relacionan directamente con la variable dependiente. En conclusión, la calidad de la experiencia influye a la motivación turística para volver a un museo de forma directa y positiva p<0.000, es decir si existe relación entre los constructos analizados.
The objective of the research study was to identify the influence of the quality of the experience on the tourist motivation of local tourists to return to a museum in Lambayeque, 2024. A quantitative approach, correlational scope, and non-experimental design were applied. The population consisted of local tourists who visited the museum during the first quarter of 2024, and through non-probability convenience sampling, 368 participants were surveyed. A validated and reliable questionnaire was used to measure the study variables. Regarding the results, it was obtained that the quality of the experience and motivation were adequate; and the dimensions of participation, tranquility, recognition, escape, and learning of the quality of the experience influence tourist motivation due to a direct and positive significance p <0.000, that is, the dimensions of the independent variable are directly related to the dependent variable. In conclusion, the quality of the experience influences tourist motivation to return to a museum directly and positively p<0.000, that is, if there is a relationship between the constructs analyzed.
