Resumen
La investigación tiene como objetivo reducir las pérdidas económicas mediante el diseño de una mejora en la gestión de inventarios de la Farmacia B&S Virgen de Chapi EIRL, situada en Cajamarca y especializada en la venta de productos farmacéuticos de laboratorios reconocidos. En 2023, la farmacia experimentó pérdidas económicas de S/101 657,56, equivalentes al 7,0 % de sus ventas anuales. Estas pérdidas se atribuyeron a una ruptura de stock del 3,90% (S/58 906,93), productos inmovilizados del 2,48% (S/32 557,98) y productos vencidos del 1,50% (S/10 192,65). Para mitigar estos problemas, se formuló una propuesta integral de gestión de inventarios mediante la aplicación de los métodos de análisis ABC, implementación de un método de pronóstico, un modelo P y el método FEFO, lo que logró reducir las pérdidas económicas en un 60,0 %, es decir a S/ 40 676,27, producto de la reducción de la ruptura de stock a un 1,1%, productos inmovilizados a un 1,7% y productos vencidos a un 0,3%. Asimismo, en la evaluación económica de la propuesta se consideró una inversión de S/29 222,00, costos anuales de S/22 569,44 más la inflación de 2.3% y depreciación de S/5 324,40. Posterior a ello, se elaboró el flujo de caja donde el VAN fue de S/ 23 362,49; la TIR calculada de 56%, TMAR de 19,07%, el costo beneficio es de 1,82 soles y el tiempo de recuperación de la inversión (Payback) es de 2,22 años. Se concluye indicando que la propuesta es rentable si se implementa adecuadamente en la empresa.
The objective of the research was to reduce economic losses by designing an improvement in inventory management at the B&S Virgen de Chapi EIRL Pharmacy, located in Cajamarca and specialized in the sale of pharmaceutical products from recognized laboratories. In 2023, the pharmacy experienced economic losses of S/101 657.56, equivalent to 7,0% of its annual sales.
