Infraestructura turística cultural como soporte a las manifestaciones culturales inmateriales en Cayaltí

Abstract

Esta investigación hizo evidente que, para cada localidad existen vestigios históricos, que no necesariamente son tangibles, cada localidad, comunidad o pueblo cuenta con prácticas que fueron realizadas de manera constante durante periodos extensos de tiempo y que se convierten en costumbres y así estas prácticas se arraigan a la población hasta cobrar valor y pueden convertirse en patrimonios intangibles o inmateriales. En la ciudad de Cayaltí, una de estas prácticas impuestas por los patrones de la ex hacienda fueron las peleas de gallos finos, se realizan para relajo de los trabajadores, luego de una dura semana laboral. Se implementó un espacio para su práctica, la cual fue tan persistente en el tiempo que, hoy en día se hace imposible imaginar un Cayaltí sin peleas de gallos; sin embargo, para poder realizar esta investigación se tuvo que hacer una serie de procedimientos en campo, diferentes visitas apoyadas en instrumentos que respalden lo que observamos, encuestas que nos darán algunos indicadores con respecto a la actividad. Esto permitió conocer que, esta actividad y la localidad mencionada forman parte de una red Turístico cultural, las carencias que existen en torno a las concentraciones o peleas de gallos, falta de óptimos espacios para su desenvolvimiento. Para dar solución al problema nos apoyamos en teorías, en algunos casos, usando la esencia conceptual de estas. De este modo, pudimos cumplir con el objetivo impuesto, diseñar una infraestructura turística cultural adecuada que contribuya con la trascendencia histórica, costumbrista y por ende, cultural en el distrito de Cayaltí.

This research made it evident that, for each locality, there are historical vestiges that are not necessarily tangible, each locality, community or town has practices that were carried out constantly over extended periods of time and that become customs and thus these practices are they root the population until they gain value and can become intangible or immaterial heritage. In the city of Cayaltí one of these practices imposed by the bosses of the former hacienda were fine cockfights, they are carried out for the relaxation of the workers, after a hard work week, a space was implemented for their practice, which was so persistent in time that today it is impossible to imagine a Cayaltí without cockfighting. But in order to carry out this research, a series of procedures had to be carried out in the field; different visits, supported by instruments that support what we observe, surveys that will give us some indicators regarding the activity. This allowed us to know that this activity and the aforementioned town are part of a cultural tourist network and also the shortcomings that exist around the Concentrations or cockfights, lack of optimal spaces for their development, and to solve the problem we rely on theories , in some cases using the conceptual essence of these. In this way we were able to fulfill the imposed objective, to design an adequate cultural tourism infrastructure that contributes to the historical, costumbrist and therefore cultural significance in the Cayalti district.
