Factores que influyen en la informalidad tributaria en el Complejo de Mercado y Servicios Moshoqueque, para su formalización y su efecto tributario en la recaudación tributaria- Chiclayo periodo 2015

Abstract

La presente tesis se ha desarrollado en el Complejo de Mercado y Servicios Moshoqueque, debido a que el principal distribuidor de productos tales como hortalizas, tubérculos, cereales, frutas, cítricos; ganado; abarrotes en general; además desde las primeras horas de la mañana, se inicia un gran movimiento que permite que la producción proveniente de Tumbes, Piura, Cajamarca, Amazonas, San Martín y el propio Lambayeque se redistribuya hacia los mercados de Chiclayo y al resto de mercados principales del país. Por la gran importancia que tiene este mercado, es también una gran preocupación la gran informalidad que presenta; con el fin de disminuir este problema y apoyar a la formalización; por lo que la gran parte de estos comerciantes desconocen las ventajas que tiene ser formal, los tramites de formalización, etc. Se desarrolla este proyecto realizando una encuesta al 3er sector de este complejo, proponiéndome objetivos que se alcanzaron a lo largo de la investigación; de esta manera apoyar a determinar sus problemas y proponer soluciones a la informalidad en este sector.This thesis has been developed in a Complex Market and Services Moshoqueque, because it is the leading distributor of products such as vegetable tubers, cereals, fruits, citrus, cattle, groceries in general as well since the early hours of the morning, starting a huge movement that allows the production from Tumbes, Piura, Cajamarca, Amazonas, San Martin and the Lambayeque is redistributed to the markets of Lima and other major markets in the country. For the great importance of this market, is also a great concern that presents the great informality, with the aim of reducing this problem and support the formalization; so much of these traders are unaware of the advantages it has to be formal, formalization of the required procedure, and so on. Develops this project conducted a survey at the 3rd sector of this complex, proposing targets that were reached throughout the investigation of this support to determine how their problems and propose solutions to the informality in this sector.
