Resumen
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo diseñar una planta que transforme el lactosuero residual en biogás para disminuir costos energéticos en una industria láctea. Para la evaluación del primer objetivo; se realizó un análisis de la demanda energética de la empresa estudiada y se calculó la proyección de la oferta de energía de la propuesta, la cual está en base a la proyección de la generación de biogás, concluyendo que si se podrá satisfacer la demanda. Posteriormente, se hizo el diseño de la planta basando la capacidad de esta en la proyección de la demanda, y posteriormente se hizo la selección de tecnología, y aplicación del método Guerchet para establecer las áreas de trabajo y el layout de la planta, determinando que se requerirá un área de de 155,46 metros cuadrados para obtener una producción de 148 979,53 kWh anuales. Finalmente, la evaluación económica y financiera estimó una inversión total de
S/ 232 088,16, para la cual se obtuvo un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de S/ 289 972,90 y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 56,32% superando la Tasa Mínima Aceptable de Rendimiento (TMAR) de 17,78%, confirmando así la viabilidad del proyecto.
The objective of this study is to design a plant that transforms residual whey into biogas to reduce energy costs in a dairy industry. For the evaluation of the first objective, an analysis of the energy demand of the company studied was carried out and the projection of the energy supply of the proposal was calculated, which is based on the projection of biogas generation, concluding that it will be possible to satisfy the demand. Subsequently, the plant was designed based on the capacity of the plant based on the demand projection, and then the technology selection was made, and the Guerchet method was applied to establish the work areas and the layout of the plant, determining that an area of 155,46 square meters will be required to obtain a production of 148 979,53 kWh per year.
