Resumen
Hoy en día, las empresas se esfuerzan por recibir una certificación de calidad y un alto reconocimiento, siendo crucial generar un ambiente de trabajo donde los colaboradores adopten principios éticos para brindar un servicio y obtengan resultados laborales favorables. Por tal motivo, se ha establecido como objetivo general Determinar el nivel del clima ético percibido por los colaboradores de una municipalidad provincial de Cajamarca, 2021. En cuanto a la metodología tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo, tipo aplicada y diseño no experimental transversal; además, se ha trabajado con una muestra de 243 colaboradores por lo tanto la muestra fue censal y no hubo muestreo. Asimismo, se ha empleado una encuesta como técnica y el cuestionario de Cullen y Victor (1988) como instrumento. Para obtener los
hallazgos se llevó a cabo el tratamiento estadístico descriptivo mediante el SPSS25 y Excel, encontrándose un nivel medio de clima ético porque la mayoría de los colaboradores refieren la importancia de reforzar las normas y principios éticos de la municipalidad. Por lo tanto, la conclusión principal es que en base a los resultados se establezcan acciones de mejora.
Today, companies strive to receive quality certification and high recognition, and it is crucial to create a work environment where employees adopt ethical principles to provide a service and obtain favorable work results. For this reason, it has been established as a general objective to determine the level of the ethical climate perceived by the collaborators of a provincial municipality of Cajamarca, 2021. Regarding the methodology, it had a quantitative approach, descriptive level, applied type and cross-sectional non-experimental design; In addition, we have worked with a sample of 243 collaborators, therefore the sample was a census and there was no sampling. Likewise, a survey has been used as a technique and the Cullen and Victor (1988) questionnaire as an instrument. To obtain the findings, the descriptive statistical treatment was carried out using SPSS25 and Excel, finding a medium level of ethical climate because most of the collaborators refer to the importance of reinforcing the ethical norms and principles of the municipality. Therefore, the main conclusion is that based on the results, improvement actions are established.
