Resumen
El actual estudio tiene como objetivo principal determinar el nivel de satisfacción del ciudadano respecto a la recolección de basura en la Municipalidad Provincial de Chachapoyas durante la gestión 2024. Debido a ello, se administró un cuestionario a un grupo muestral de 381 hogares pertenecientes a Chachapoyas. Los resultados evidenciaron que, el constructo satisfacción del ciudadano sobre el acopio de desperdicios se encontró en un nivel medio de acuerdo con el 44.6%, mientras que, el 32.3% y 23.1% de la muestra tuvo una satisfacción baja y media, respectivamente, a la vez, tales hallazgos se fundamentan en la ausencia del cumplimiento de las dimensiones asociadas a elementos tangibles como el camión recolector, confiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad y empatía. Finalmente, se concluyó que, la mayoría tiene una satisfacción moderada sobre el servicio de recojo de basura, aunque una parte considerable aún está insatisfecha.
The main objective of the current study is to determine the level of citizen satisfaction with regard to garbage collection in the Provincial Municipality of Chachapoyas during the 2024 administration. To this end, a questionnaire was administered to a sample group of 381 households in Chachapoyas. The results showed that 44.6% of the citizen satisfaction with the waste collection system was at a medium level of agreement, while 32.3% and 23.1% of the sample had low and medium satisfaction, respectively, and that these findings were based on the absence of compliance with the dimensions associated with tangible elements such as the collection truck, reliability, responsiveness, security and empathy. Finally, it was concluded that the majority has moderate satisfaction with the garbage collection service, although a considerable part is still dissatisfied.
