Relación de ayuda de la enfermera a la persona con cáncer terminal en un hospital de nivel III. Chiclayo - 2023

Abstract

La relación de ayuda de enfermería posibilita enfrentar los problemas y las crisis que la enfermedad ocasiona en los enfermos terminales, sobre todo en los de cáncer. La investigación cualitativa con enfoque descriptivo sobre: Relación de ayuda de la enfermera a la persona con cáncer terminal en un hospital de nivel III Chiclayo - 2023, tuvo como objetivo: Describir, analizar y comprender la relación de ayuda que ofrece la enfermera a las personas con cáncer terminal aun Hospital nivel III. Participaron 12 enfermeras del servicio de oncología de un Hospital del Minsa, logrado por saturación y redundancia. El muestreo se ejecutó como no probabilístico e intencional. En la recolección de datosse usó la entrevista semiestructurada. Los datos recopilados se procesaron por análisis de contenido en el proceso investigativo tuvo sustento en principios éticos y de rigor científico. Como resultado se obtuvieron tres categorías: Despliegue humanista con autoría en la relación de ayuda al paciente con cáncer. Enfermería y su relación de ayuda ante la vulnerabilidad y sufrimiento del paciente con cáncer y oportunidades de encuentro para superar la falta de tiempo en la relación de ayuda. Y como conclusión, las enfermeras del servicio de oncología en su relación de ayuda al paciente con cáncer terminal perciben que ponen de su parte para dartalla humanista, al interactuar con el paciente puntualizan su acompañamiento, saber atender su dolor, el apoyo que le brindan para aprenda a superar dificultades, junto a un dialogo mediado por la información verbal de su situación de salud, donde prevalece el trato digno y elsaber aprovecharlas oportunidades de tiempo para estar cerca del paciente.

The nursing helping relationship makes it possible to face the problems and crises that the disease causes in terminally ill patients, especially those with cancer. The qualitative research with a descriptive approach on: Helping relationship of the nurse to the person with terminal cancer in a level III hospital Chiclayo - 2023, had the objective of: Describing, analyzing and understanding the helping relationship that the nurse offers to people with terminal cancer in a level III Hospital. 12 nurses from the oncology service of a Minsa Hospital participated, achieved by saturation and redundancy. The sampling was executed as non-probabilistic and intentional. The semi-structured interview was used in data collection. The data collected was processed by content analysis in the research process was based on ethical principles and scientific rigor. As a result, three categories were obtained: Humanistic deployment with authorship in the helping relationship with the cancer patient. Nursing and its helping relationship in the face of the vulnerability and suffering of cancer patients and opportunities for meeting to overcome the lack of time in the helping relationship. And as a conclusion, the nurses of the oncology service in their helping relationship with the patient with terminal cancer perceive that they do their part to give humanistic stature, when interacting with the patient they emphasize their accompaniment, knowing how to deal with their pain, the support they give them to learn to overcome difficulties, together with a dialogue mediated by verbal information about their health situation, where dignified treatment and knowing how to take advantage of the opportunities of time to be close to the patient prevail.
