Implementación de mejoras en la guía procedimental para entrevista única de N.N.A víctimas de delitos sexuales para evitar la revictimización

Abstract

La Guía de procedimiento para Entrevista Única para Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes Víctimas de Delitos Sexuales (NNA VDS, 2018), implementada por el Ministerio Público, tiene como finalidad proteger a los menores durante el proceso judicial, evitando su exposición reiterada. Sin embargo, este instrumento presenta deficiencias en su aplicación, ya que no garantiza plenamente la protección emocional del niño ni previene la revictimización, generando afectaciones psicológicas y vulneración de derechos. Por ello, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal implementar de mejoras en la Guía de Entrevista Única, orientadas a fortalecer la protección del menor antes, durante y después de la entrevista. Con esta propuesta se busca garantizar procesos más humanos, sensibles y especializados, que respeten la dignidad de los niños y adolescentes víctimas y eviten que revivan los hechos traumáticos sufridos.The Guide for the Procedure of Single Interview for Children and Adolescents Victims of Sexual Crimes (NNA VDS, 2018), implemented by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, aims to protect minors during judicial proceedings by preventing their repeated exposure. However, this instrument presents deficiencies in its application, as it does not fully ensure the child’s emotional protection nor effectively prevent revictimization, resulting in psychological harm and violation of rights. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to implement improvements in the Single Interview Guide, aimed at strengthening the protection of minors before, during, and after the interview. This proposal seeks to guarantee more humane, sensitive, and specialized processes that respect the dignity of child and adolescent victims and prevent them from reliving the traumatic events they have suffered.
