Resumen
Introducción: Los profesionales de enfermería están encargados de educar a las madres para mejorar sus prácticas de alimentación, cuidado y promover una adecuada interacción madre-hijo que fortalezca el vínculo afectivo. Objetivo: Describir el vínculo materno-filial durante la lactancia materna desde las experiencias de madres usuarias de un centro de salud Chiclayo, 2024. Metodología: El tipo de investigación fue cualitativa, descriptiva, la población estuvo conformada por 80 madres de familia que acuden al Centro de Salud José Olaya Chiclayo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 14 madres de lactantes que asistieron al centro de salud en cualquier control, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia, Además, se utilizó una guía de entrevista semiestructurada validada por juicio de expertos y por prueba piloto. Los datos se procesaron mediante el análisis de contenido temático. En todo el proceso investigativo se consideró en cuenta los principios éticos y de rigor científico. Resultados: Emergieron 5 categorías: Experiencias en la instauración del vínculo materno-filial y el inicio de la lactancia materna, percepciones sobre los beneficios de la lactancia materna en el fortalecimiento del vínculo, características del vínculo materno filial durante la lactancia materna, facilitadores del vínculo materno filial durante la lactancia materna y barreras del vínculo materno-filial durante la lactancia materna. Conclusión: El primer encuentro y la lactancia materna son momentos profundamente emotivos para las madres, marcados por una mezcla de alegría y desafíos iniciales. La lactancia materna no solo nutre al bebé, sino que también refuerza la conexión emocional y el bienestar general de ambos.

Objective: To describe the mother-child bond during breastfeeding from the experiences of mothers who are users of a health center Chiclayo, 2024. Methodology: The type of research was qualitative, descriptive, the population was made up of 80 mothers who attend the José Olaya Chiclayo Health Center. The sample was made up of 14 mothers of infants who attended the health center in any control, the sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience. In addition, a semi-structured interview guide was used validated by expert judgment and by pilot testing. The data were processed using thematic content analysis. Throughout the research process, ethical principles and scientific rigor were taken into account. Results: 5 categories emerged: Experiences in the establishment of the mother-child bond and the beginning of breastfeeding, perceptions about the benefits of breastfeeding in strengthening the bond, characteristics of the mother-child bond during breastfeeding, facilitators of the bond filial relationship during breastfeeding and barriers to maternal-filial bonding during breastfeeding. Conclusion: The first encounter and breastfeeding are deeply emotional moments for mothers, marked by a mix of joy and initial challenges. Breastfeeding not only nourishes the baby, but also strengthens the emotional connection and overall well-being of both.
