Resumen
La presente investigación conservó el propósito principal de identificar qué factores influyen en la decisión de compra de productos de belleza de los estudiantes de una Universidad Privada de Chiclayo, 2023. Respecto a ello, se aplicó una metodología con enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo – explicativo, método deductivo, diseño no – experimental y corte transversal, además de ello, se efectuó un cuestionario a una muestra compuesta por 370 estudiantes entre 18 y 25 años de edad. Los resultados evidenciaron que, solo el factor psicológico influye significativamente en la decisión de compra, cotejado por un p – valor de 0.021, asimismo, los factores sociales (0.227), culturales (0.173) y económicos (0.163) se relacionaron de manera significativa con la decisión de compra. Por lo tanto, se concluyó que, el conjunto de factores determinantes explica el comportamiento del 5.5% de la variable dependiente asociada a la
decisión de adquirir productos de belleza.
The main purpose of this research was to identify the factors that influence the decision to purchase beauty products among students of a private university in Chiclayo, 2023.
