Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en trabajadores de una empresa de servicios y comercialización de Chiclayo, 2022. El interés surge a partir de la existencia de ambas variables dentro de una empresa. Para dicho análisis se toma en cuenta, el diseño no experimental y transversal de tipo correlacional, donde se contará con la participación de una muestra no probabilística conformada por 90 colaboradores de la misma empresa. Así mismo, para su aplicación, se utilizarán los instrumentos del Clima organizacional en la versión peruana adaptada de Vicuña (2006) para medir las dimensiones de dicha variable, mientras que, para las dimensiones del desempeño laboral, se utilizará la escala de Desempeño Laboral individual en la versión peruana adaptada por Gabini y Salessi (2016). Como resultado, se encontró que existe una correlación positiva media entre las variables del clima organizacional y desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la organización, pues mientras exista un buen clima organizacional, los colaboradores tendrán un mejor desempeño laboral.
The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job performance in workers of a service and marketing company in Chiclayo, 2022. The interest arises from the existence of both variables within a company. For this analysis, the non-experimental and cross-sectional design of the correlational type is taken into account, where there will be the participation of a non-probabilistic sample made up of 90 employees of the same company. Likewise, for its application, the Organizational Climate instruments will be used in the Peruvian version adapted from Vicuña (2006) to measure the dimensions of said variable, while, for the dimensions of labor performance, the individual Labor Performance scale will be used. in the Peruvian version adapted by Gabini and Salessi (2016). As a result, it was found that there is a positive confirmation of means between the variables of the organizational climate and job performance in the organization's employees, because as long as there is a good organizational climate, the employees will have a better job performance.
