Resumen
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo analizar la gestión por procesos de una empresa arrocera en Lambayeque, 2022, así mismo, presenta un enfoque cualitativo, tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo y diseño fenomenológico, teniendo como unidad de análisis a 15 colaboradores de distintas áreas de la Compañía Arrocera San Nicolas SAC, además se realizó como técnicas la entrevista y como instrumento la guía de entrevista, aplicándose de manera presencial y el desarrollo de la información se plasmó en el programa Microsoft Word, llegando al resultado; la gestión por procesos se planifica debido a que la calidad de
servicio y producto es buena, satisfaciendo las necesidades de los clientes, en cuanto al diagnóstico se determinó que existe una buena comunicación entre los involucrados generando una relación cordial, además la empresa cuenta con estrategias organizacionales lo que permite alcanzar las metas establecidas, sin embargo, esto es solo realizado por el dueño, mientras que en la implementación de la gestión por procesos, existe interacción entre los empleados para conocer las características del sistema de trabajo, y por último, el monitoreo se basa en reglas y procedimientos para la realización de tareas importantes.
Aunque los problemas eléctricos y mecánicos han ocasionado errores, estos se han logrado superar. Concluyendo que la gestión por procesos de la empresa arrocera en Lambayeque permite brindar un servicio de calidad logrando satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
The present research aims to analyze the process management of a rice company in Lambayeque, 2022, likewise, it presents a qualitative approach, applied type, descriptive level and phenomenological design, having as a unit of analysis 15 collaborators from different areas of the San Nicolas Rice Company SAC, in addition, the interview was carried out as techniques and the interview guide as an instrument, being applied in person and the development of the information was reflected in the Microsoft Word program, reaching the result; process management is planned because the quality of service and product is good, satisfying the needs of customers, regarding the diagnosis it was determined that there is good communication between those involved generating a cordial relationship, in addition, the company has organizational strategies that allow it to achieve the established goals, however, this is only done by the owner, while in the implementation of process management, there is interaction between employees to know the characteristics of the work system, and finally, monitoring is based on rules and procedures for the performance of important tasks. Although electrical and mechanical problems have caused errors, these have been overcome. It is concluded that the process management of the rice company in Lambayeque enables it to provide quality service and meet customer needs.
