Resumen
El presente trabajo apunta como objetivo general Determinar la influencia del
liderazgo transformacional en el comportamiento innovador de los colaboradores de una
empresa retail, Chiclayo, 2022, confirmándose también que el grado de liderazgo no es
satisfactorio, debido a que los líderes no tienden a transmitir la confianza requerida a los
colaboradores. Además, la investigación fue de tipo básico, por plantearse analizar un
problema simple y específico, tuvo enfoque cualitativo, es decir, sus resultados y
conclusiones se sustentan en información obtenida por medio de un instrumento,
encontrándose así una influencia entre las variables liderazgo transformacional y
comportamiento innovador; mientras que el diseño fue no experimental, debido a la nula
manipulación de parte del investigador ni en el fenómeno analizado ni en los resultados
obtenidos. Se extrajo una muestra conformada por 154 colaboradores de una empresa
retail de la ciudad de Chiclayo, a quien se le aplicó un cuestionario, el mismo que
determinó que el liderazgo transformacional no incide debidamente en el comportamiento
innovador de los trabajadores, ya que no generan nuevas ideas cuando se presenta algún
inconveniente u oportunidad de mejora.
The present work aims as a general objective to determine the influence of transformational leadership on the innovative behavior of the collaborators of a retail company, Chiclayo, 2022, also confirming that the degree of leadership is not satisfactory, because the leaders do not tend to transmit the trust required from employees.In addition, the research was of a basic type, since it was proposed to analyze a simple and specific problem, it had a qualitative approach, that is, its results and conclusions arebased on information obtained through an instrument, thus finding an influence between the variables transformational leadership and innovative behavior; while the design was nonexperimental, due to the null manipulation on the part of the researcher neither in the phenomenon analyzed nor in the results obtained. A sample made up of 154 employees of a retail company in the city of Chiclayo was extracted, to whom a questionnaire was applied, which determined that transformational leadership does not properly affect the innovative behavior of workers, since they do not generate new ideas when there is a problem or opportunity for improvement.
