Resumen
Introducción: La aceptación de la vacuna contra la COVID-19 ha sido un tema de interés en salud pública, especialmente en comunidades rurales. Identificar los factores asociados a esta aceptación permite comprender mejor las motivaciones y barreras en la población. Objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a la aceptación de la vacuna contra la COVID-19 en pobladores adultos del caserío Lagartera – Mórrope, 2022. Métodos: La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo correlacional y transversal. Se aplicó un cuestionario con 22 reactivos a una muestra de 318 pobladores adultos. Resultados: Se encontró que 36,5% de los pobladores que aceptaron la vacuna no lo hicieron por un factor personal, 24,2% aceptó debido a un factor familiar, 31,8% por un factor social y 22,7% por un factor cultural. Conclusión: Los factores familiar, social y cultural estuvieron asociados a la aceptación de la vacuna contra la COVID-19 en los pobladores adultos del caserío Lagartera – Mórrope.

Identifying the factors associated with this acceptance allows for a better understanding of the population's motivations and barriers. Objective: To determine the factors associated with the acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine among adult residents of the Lagartera - Mórrope village in 2022. Methods: The research followed a quantitative, descriptive-correlational, and cross-sectional approach. A questionnaire with 22 items was applied to a sample of 318 adult residents. Results: It was found that 36.5% of the residents who accepted the vaccine did not do so due to a personal factor, 24.2% accepted it due to a family factor, 31.8% due to a social factor, and 22.7% due to a cultural factor. Conclusion: Family, social, and cultural factors were associated with the acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine among adult residents of the Lagartera - Mórrope village.
