In the last decade, nursing staff has faced the challenge of therapeutically intervening in people with crises who require care in the emergency department, where professionals, due to the lack of training, updating and protocolization for the care of these patients, causes great clinical variability with respect to pharmacotherapy, support measures that facilitate the control of agitated behavior and the resolution of crises. Due to these considerations, it has been considered appropriate to carry out the Critical Review entitled Nursing Interventions to People in Crisis who come to the Emergency Service with the aim of identifying nursing interventions in people in crisis who come to the emergency service with the EBE (Evidence-Based Nursing) methodology, formulating the clinical question PS: ¿What interventions can a nurse perform on people who come to the emergency department with crises? Regarding the bibliographic review, various search engines were used, including: EsSalud central library, Google Scholar, Pudmed, Scielo, BVS, Index Enfermería, ELSEVIER, and direct reading of books and clinical guidelines, selecting 6 clinical practice guidelines, of which only 1 managed to pass the Gálvez Toro filter, choosing the guide entitled Crisis Intervention: Approach to trauma in adults in the first four weeks. As a result of our clinical question, it was found that the guideline provides various evidence-based suggestions and also recommends creating and evaluating strategies to achieve the success of the interventions.
