Resumen
El propósito de la presente investigación fue analizar la influencia del liderazgo en el clima organizacional de una empresa de transporte en la cuidad de Chiclayo, para lo cual se consideró el modelo propuesto por Ko y Kang (2019) quienes también estudian las variables liderazgo y clima organizacional, considerando que la variable independiente es multidimensional y cuenta con las dimensiones liderazgo transaccional y transformacional, mientras que la variable dependiente que es clima organizacional es unidimensional, además la muestra del estudio fue de 110 colaboradores encuestados, siendo una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Como resultado se obtuvo que el Liderazgo tiene una influencia positiva en el Clima Organizacional de una
empresa de transporte, ya que el liderazgo permite detectar y resolver problemas relacionados con el desempeño de los colaboradores, así mismo brinda asesoría y correcciones, mejorando así el clima organizacional. Por lo que se concluye que el líder logra preocuparse por los colaboradores en casos especiales cuando la situación lo amerita, como el crecimiento profesional o la implementación de capacitaciones, además, el líder demuestra sus habilidades de cierta manera reconociendo y corrigiendo el desempeño del personal.
The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of leadership on the organizational climate of a transportation company in the city of Chiclayo, for which the model proposed by Ko and Kang (2019) was demonstrated, who also study the variables leadership and climate. Organizational, considering that the independent variable is multidimensional and has the transactional and transformational leadership dimensions, while the dependent variable that is organizational climate is unidimensional, in addition, the study sample consisted of 110 surveyed collaborators, being a research with a quantitative approach, applied type, explanatory level and non-experimental cross-sectional design. As a result, it was obtained that Leadership has a positive influence on the Organizational Climate of a transport company, since leadership allows detecting and solving problems related to the performance of collaborators, likewise provides advice and corrections, thus improving performance. Therefore, it is concluded that the leader manages to care about the collaborators in special cases when the situation warrants it, such as professional growth or the implementation of training, in addition, the leader demonstrates his abilities in a certain way, recognizing and correcting the performance of the personnel.
