Síndrome de burnout y satisfacción laboral en médicos del Hospital Regional Lambayeque, Chiclayo 2023

Abstract

El síndrome de burnout, actualmente incluido en el CIE-11, es un trastorno que hace referencia a la respuesta patológica mental del profesional, cuando se ve sobrepasado por la actividad laboral que realiza; por otro lado, la satisfacción laboral es el grado de identificación, bienestar y aporte que tiene el empleado para con su sitio de labores. Por lo tanto, se realizó el presente trabajo de investigación de tipo cuantitativo, transversal, que tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el síndrome de Burnout y la satisfacción laboral en médicos del Hospital Regional Lambayeque en la ciudad de Chiclayo, en el año 2023. La muestra estuvo conformada por 167 médicos, los cuales fueron seleccionados según los criterios de selección, incluyendo a médicos que laboren en el Hospital Regional de Lambayeque, que aceptaron participar. Todos ellos fueron encuestados sobre el Síndrome de Burnout y Satisfacción Laboral, teniendo como resultado que los participantes más predominantes fueron del sexo masculino (53%), casados (67%), con un contrato laboral CAS (39%) y trabajadores del área clínica (64%). Así como también, la dimensión del síndrome de burnout, realización personal, fue la más significativa y predominó el nivel medio (73%) y en la dimensión de la satisfacción laboral, condiciones de trabajo, fue la más significativa y predominó el nivel promedio (65%). Por otro lado, se determinó la correlación utilizando la prueba Rho de Spearman, estableciéndose un grado de correlación de -0,1, y un nivel de significancia estadística fue de 0,98, mayor al valor alfa 0,05 (???????????? > 0,05). Concluyendo que existe una relación negativa inversa entre SB y SL.

All of them were surveyed about Burnout Syndrome and Job Satisfaction; The results showed that the most predominant participants were male (53%), married (67%), with a CAS employment contract (39%) and Clinical Area workers (64%). Also, the dimension of Burnout Syndrome, Personal Fulfillment, was the most significant and the average level predominated (73%) and in the dimension of Job Satisfaction, working conditions, it was the most significant and the average level predominated (65%). Otherwise the correlation was determined using the Spearman Rho test, establishing a correlation degree of -0,1, and a level of statistical significance was 0,98, greater than the alpha value 0,05 (???????????? > 0,05). Concluding that there is an inverse negative relationship between SB and SL.
