Resumen
Los practicantes preprofesionales de administración simbolizan un grupo importante dentro del campo laboral, pues son estudiantes que posteriormente tomarán las riendas de empresas o proyectos importantes. Aun sabiendo su relevancia, muchos de estos, al momento de laborar se enfrentan con diferentes niveles de comunicación interna, influyendo en su motivación. A raíz de ello, se realizó este estudio no experimental, de corte transeccional o transversa y con alcance explicativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por un total de 100 practicantes preprofesionales, a los se les superpuso un cuestionario basado en la escala de Likert. Después, el instrumento fue sometido a una validación por expertos y confiabilidad por Beta de Rajú como también por Alfa de Cronbach; seguidamente se procedió a recolectar la data correspondiente y necesaria para el estudio. Posteriormente se hizo uso del programa SPSS para generar los resultados mediante tablas de frecuencia absoluta y relativa, para así poder explicar los objetivos de nivel y generar una interpretación de las mismas. El tercer objetivo específico fue analizado empleando el Rho de Spearman, y el objetivo general por regresión binaria; el resultado que se obtuvo fue que la comunicación influye moderadamente en la motivación laboral.
Pre-professional administration practitioners symbolize an important group within the labor field, as they are students who will later take the reins of important companies or projects. Even knowing its relevance, many of these, when working, face different levels of internal communication, influencing their motivation. As a result, this non-experimental study was carried out, with a transectional or transverse section and with an explanatory scope. The sample was made up of a total of 100 pre-professional practitioners, to whom a questionnaire based on the Likert scale was superimposed. Afterwards, the instrument was subjected to validation by experts and reliability by Rajú Beta as well as Cronbach's Alpha; Next, the corresponding data necessary for the study was collected. Subsequently, the SPSS program was used to generate the results through absolute and relative frequency tables, in order to explain the level objectives and generate an interpretation of them. The third specific objective was analyzed using Spearman's Rho, and the general objective by binary regression; The result obtained was that communication moderately influences work motivation.
