Reactivación de edificaciones con valor patrimonial entorno al parque principal de Chiclayo mediante intervenciones adaptativas

Abstract

La presente investigación se enfoca en identificar y analizar las características de las prexistencias histórico-arquitectónicas en la zona monumental de Chiclayo, particularmente alrededor del parque principal. Se examinan los cambios ocurridos a lo largo del tiempo, así como la permanencia o desaparición de elementos tangibles e intangibles del patrimonio histórico local. A partir de los datos recopilados, se proponen lineamientos de intervención y revalorización que buscan abordar la problemática identificada. Se espera que la implementación de estos lineamentos contribuya a la revalorización de la zona monumental de Chiclayo, fortaleciendo así la identidad cultural y la memoria histórica de la ciudad.

This research focuses on identifying and analyzing the characteristics of the historicalarchitectural preexistences in the monumental area of Chiclayo, particularly around the main park. The changes that have occurred over time are examined, as well as the permanence or disappearance of tangible and intangible elements of the local historical heritage. Based on the data collected, intervention and revaluation guidelines are proposed that seek to address the identified problem. It is expected that the implementation of these guidelines will contribute to the revaluation of the monumental area of Chiclayo, thus strengthening the cultural identity and historical memory of the city.
