Resumen
En esta investigación el objetivo general fue determinar la cultura financiera y el financiamiento de los microempresarios del rubro restaurantes de la localidad de Motupe 2021, tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, el nivel fue básico, el diseño no experimental y transversal. La población lo conformaron los 164 microempresarios y la muestra 115, la técnica aplicada fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. De los resultados el 38% de los microempresarios tiene un nivel de cultura financiera bajo debido a que el 70% conoce poco acerca de los productos financieros que se emiten, en cuanto a ahorro el 50% posee un nivel bajo, puesto que el 73% utiliza la forma tradicional, en casa, no utilizan las entidades financieras, el 45% presenta un nivel de conocimiento bajo sobre los medios de pago, ya que el 97% casi siempre utiliza los medios de pagos físicos, el 53% tiene un nivel alto respecto de presupuesto, el 73% realiza un presupuesto, pero el 59% siempre ejecuta un gasto no planificado, el 38% mantiene un nivel de conocimiento medio sobre inversión, por ello el 45% siempre se informa antes de una inversión. En cuanto a financiamiento el 42% cuenta con financiamiento externo, el 21% mantiene créditos financieros y el 23% créditos con familiares o amigos, el 97% solicita créditos a corto plazo, el 58% utiliza su capital propio, de ello el 97% reinvierte sus ganancias, así mismo el 97% considera que es más fácil financiarse fuera del sistema financiero.
In this research, the general objective was to determine the financial culture and financing of the microentrepreneurs in the restaurants area of the town of Motupe 2021, it had a quantitative approach, the level was basic, the design was non-experimental and cross-sectional. The population was made up of 164 microentrepreneurs and the sample 115, the applied technique was the survey and the instrument the questionnaire. Of the results, 38% of the microentrepreneurs have a low level of financial literacy because 70% know little about the financial products that are issued, in terms of savings 50% have a low level, since 73% use the traditional way, at home, do not use financial institutions, 45% have a low level of knowledge about the means of payment, since 97% almost always use physical means of payment, 53% have a high level Regarding the budget, 73% make a budget, but 59% always execute an unplanned expense, 38% maintain a medium level of knowledge about investment, therefore 45% always inform themselves before an investment. Regarding financing, 42% have external financing, 21% have financial loans and 23% loans with family or friends, 97% request short-term loans, 58% use their own capital, of which 97% they reinvest their earnings, likewise 97% consider that it is easier to finance themselves outside the financial system.
