Resumen
Hoy en día la digitalización forma parte fundamental de las empresas y personas; ciertamente el sector financiero no fue ajeno a este cambio; pues a pesar del trabajo organizado y progresivo que venía realizando para involucrar a sus colaboradores en la nueva era digital, la llegada de la pandemia COVID-19 aceleró los procesos y despliegues para dar paso a la implementación de los nuevos pilotos digitales. Esto generó en los colaboradores ciertas percepciones que causaron temor, angustia, ansiedad y emoción, siendo el resultado de la implementación de nuevos pilotos digitales y el empoderamiento al canal digital; entonces ¿Cuál es la percepción de los colaboradores frente a la implementación de la digitalización? La investigación cualitativa – estudio de caso, fue desarrollada en una institución financiera principal de Chiclayo, con el objetivo de conocer la percepción de los colaboradores e identificar las palancas de digitalización frente a la implementación de los pilotos digitales en el canal operativo; y para lograrlo se entrevistaron a los supervisores de agencia y promotores de servicio en un periodo de 2 meses, y además se revisaron bases teóricas y estudios anteriores. Dicha investigación concluye en que la percepción de los colaboradores frente a la implementación de la digitalización en el canal operativo significa un avance tecnológico acelerado que se está implementando cada vez más rápido a nivel nacional. Y que genera temores, pero a la vez incentiva a desarrollar habilidades digitales para lograr el buen desempeño y crecimiento laboral.
Nowadays digitalization is a fundamental part of companies and people; certainly the financial sector was not alien to this change; because despite the organized and progressive work that was being done to involve its employees in the new digital era, the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the processes and deployments to make way for the implementation of the new digital pilots. This generated in the employees certain perceptions that provoked fear, anxiety, distress and excitement, being the result of the implementation of the new digital pilots and the empowerment to the digital channel; then, what is the perception of the employees in front of the implementation of digitalization? The qualitative research - case study, was developed in financie institution in Chiclayo Branch, with the objective of knowing the perception of employees and identify the levers of digitization against the implementation of digital pilots in the operational channel; and for this purpose, the agency supervisors and service promoters were interviewed during a period of 2 months, in addition, the theoretical bases and previous studies were reviewed. This research concludes that the perception of the collaborators regarding the implementation of digitalization in the operational channel means an accelerated technological advance that is being implemented faster and faster at national level. And that generates fears, but at the same time encourages the development of digital skills to achieve good performance and job growth.
