Resumen
La logística inversa es un proceso dentro de la cadena de suministros que se realiza en sentido contrario con la finalidad de poder rescatar algunos insumos que se puedan transformar nuevamente en productos finales, optimizando de esta manera los costos de una empresa y generando un valor agregado en el producto. La logística inversa bien aplicada es una herramienta de solución para las empresas que tiene constantes problemas como: aumentos de mermas, devoluciones, reclamos por calidad, etc.; por tal motivo en el presente trabajo de investigación se realiza un análisis de la logística inversa en los factores de distribución y servicio al cliente de una empresa procesadora y comercializadora de arroz del departamento de Lambayeque. Para ello se realizó un estudio cualitativo, el cual se llevó a cabo mediante entrevistas aplicadas a 6 personas de las principales líneas de jerarquía de las áreas comerciales, de operaciones y de almacén. Los principales hallazgos están relacionados con la pérdida de eficiencia que se da en los diferentes procesos de la cadena de suministros ya que no existe un adecuado sistema de planificación, lo que repercute en el aumento de costos y pérdida de eficiencia. La principal estrategia de solución que se plantea es la aplicación del sistema de logística inversa en los procesos de recojo de mercadería, inspección y selección, recuperación, transformación y almacenamiento, permitiendo de esta manera la reincorporación en la cadena de suministros, aquellos productos finales que pueden ser reutilizados y generar un nuevo producto. Este proceso aparte de hacer a la empresa más eficiente, contribuye con el cuidado del medio ambiente.
Reverse logistics is a process within the supply chain that is carried out in the opposite direction with the purpose of being able to rescue some inputs that can be transformed again into final products, thus optimizing the costs of a company and generating added value in the product. Well-applied reverse logistics is a solution tool for companies that have constant problems such as: increases in shrinkage, returns, quality complaints, etc.; For this reason, in this research work, an analysis of reverse logistics is carried out in the distribution and customer service factors of a rice processing and marketing company in the department of Lambayeque. For this, a qualitative study was carried out, which was carried out through interviews with 6 people from the main lines of hierarchy in the commercial, operations and warehouse areas. The main findings are related to the loss of efficiency that occurs in the different processes of the supply chain since there is no adequate planning system, which has an impact on increased costs and loss of efficiency. The main solution strategy proposed is the application of the reverse logistics system in the processes of merchandise collection, inspection and selection, recovery, transformation and storage, thus allowing the reincorporation into the supply chain, of those final products that They can be reused and generate a new product. This process, apart from making the company more efficient, contributes to caring for the environment.
