Experiencia del apego materno en el lactante menor en el centro de atención primaria Carlos Castañeda Iparraguirre, 2024

Abstract

Durante sus primeros años de vida, el infante establece esa conexión emocional vital que influye en su desarrollo cognitivo y emocional, el término "apego" alude al vínculo emocional que procura la proximidad o el contacto en el contexto de la relación especial entre un infante y su madre. El personal de enfermería tiene la responsabilidad de transmitir información a través de la interacción con los progenitores. Frente a ello se planteó esta investigación cualitativa, de diseño descriptivo, con el objetivo de describir las experiencias del apego materno en el lactante menor, centro de atención primaria Carlos Castañeda Iparraguirre, 2024. En este estudio se tuvo una población conformada por 50 madres de familia que asistieron al centro de atención primaria Carlos Castañeda Iparraguirre en el año 2024, la muestra fue de 15 pacientes mediante un enfoque no probabilístico de conveniencia, y delimitada por la técnica de saturación y redundancia. Para recopilar los datos, se empleó una guía de entrevista semiestructurada que fue sometida a validación por expertos. Los datos obtenidos fueron establecidos en cuatro categorías: a) Fortaleciendo lazos afectivos de la madre y su hijo, b) Experimentando emociones durante el apego en la maternidad, c) El apego materno y la influencia en el desarrollo del niño d) Importancia del apego en el autoestima y seguridad del niño. Se concluye que permite comprender cómo los pequeños momentos de interacción entre madre e hijo son sumamente valiosos y ejercen un impacto significativo a lo largo de toda la vida del individuo.

During the first years of life, infants establish that vital emotional connection that influences their cognitive and emotional development. The term "attachment" refers to the emotional bond that provides proximity or contact in the context of the special relationship between an infant and his or her mother. Nursing staff have the responsibility of transmitting information through interaction with parents. In light of this, this qualitative research, with a descriptive design, was proposed with the aim of describing the experiences of maternal attachment in young infants, Carlos Castañeda Iparraguirre Primary Care Center, 2024. This study had a population made up of 50 mothers who attended the Carlos Castañeda Iparraguirre Primary Care Center in 2024. The sample was 15 patients using a non-probabilistic convenience approach, and delimited by the saturation and redundancy technique. To collect the data, a semi-structured interview guide was used that was validated by experts. The data obtained were established in four categories: a) Strengthening emotional bonds between mother and child, b) Experiencing emotions during attachment in motherhood, c) Maternal attachment and its influence on child development, d) Importance of attachment in the child's self-esteem and security. It is concluded that it allows us to understand how small moments of interaction between mother and child are extremely valuable and have a significant impact throughout the individual's life.
