Resumen
El comportamiento sostenible empresarial se ha convertido en un factor crucial para asegurar la continuidad y éxito de las organizaciones a largo plazo, esto implica la integración de prácticas que contribuyan al bienestar social, ambiental y económico de las empresas y sus grupos de interés. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar el nivel del comportamiento sostenible empresarial en los colaboradores de un supermercado de Chiclayo, 2024. La investigación utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y nivel descriptivo, con diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Se trabajó con una población censal de 110 colaboradores de cuatro puntos de venta del supermercado, aplicando un cuestionario con escala Likert. Los resultados más relevantes evidenciaron que el comportamiento sostenible empresarial se encuentra predominantemente en un nivel medio. En la dimensión ambiental, predominó el nivel alto reflejando un sólido compromiso con prácticas ambientalmente sostenibles. La dimensión social mostró un nivel medio indicando un compromiso moderado con las prácticas socialmente responsables. En el aspecto económico, prevaleció el nivel alto demostrando una efectiva
integración de estrategias económicas sostenibles en la organización.
Sustainable business behavior has become a crucial factor to ensure the continuity and success of organizations in the long term, which implies the integration of practices that contribute to the social, environmental and economic well-being of companies and their stakeholders. The objective of the study was to determine the level of sustainable business behavior in the collaborators of a supermarket in Chiclayo, 2024. The research used a quantitative, basic and descriptive approach, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. We worked with a census population of 110 collaborators from four points of sale of the supermarket, applying a Likert scale questionnaire. The most relevant results showed that corporate sustainable behavior is predominantly at a medium level. In the environmental dimension, the high level was predominant, reflecting a strong commitment to environmentally sustainable practices. The social dimension showed a medium level indicating a moderate commitment to socially responsible practices. In the economic dimension, the high level prevailed, demonstrating an effective integration of sustainable economic strategies in the organization.
