La relación entre la calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del cliente en hoteles de Chiclayo 2021

Abstract

La presente tesis realiza el estudio y el análisis de la relación entre la calidad de servicio y satisfacción del cliente en los hoteles de la ciudad de Chiclayo. A su vez, hace un realce en la importancia que existe en mejorar y potenciar la relación entre dichas variables. Así mismo, esta investigación se origina por la gran importancia del resultado de la calidad de servicio hacia la satisfacción del cliente. Por lo que se determina como objetivo, determinar la relación entre la calidad de servicio y satisfacción del cliente en los hoteles de la ciudad de Chiclayo, 2021; desarrollándose mediante una recolección de datos con la técnica de encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario de Nunkoo & Cool (2019), teniendo un enfoque cuantitativo en todo su desarrollo.This thesis carries out the study and analysis of the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in hotels in the city of Chiclayo. In turn, it highlights the importance of improving and enhancing the relationship between these variables. Likewise, this research originates from the great importance of the result of the quality of service towards customer satisfaction. For what is determined as an objective, to determine the relationship between the quality of service and customer satisfaction in the hotels of the city of Chiclayo, 2021; developing through data collection with the survey technique and as an instrument the Nunkoo & Cool (2019) questionnaire, having a quantitative approach throughout its development.
