Resumen
Este estudio se planteó con un fin general: precisar el grado de vinculación entre el compromiso organizativo y el control de gestión postventa en una empresa del sector ferretero, Chiclayo 2023. Para tal propósito, se implementó una estrategia metodológica cuantitativa de esquema elemental, correlacional, no intervencionista y transversal. Se empleó el cuestionario como método de obtención de datos y se aplicó a una fracción de 159 operarios seleccionados de un conjunto de 280 empleados de la corporación Depósito Pakatnamu en la región de Chiclayo. Los hallazgos revelaron que la carencia de compromiso por parte de los empleados obstaculiza el control eficiente de la administración posventa, lo cual impacta en el rendimiento individual y, en última instancia, en los resultados generales de la entidad.
This study was proposed with a general purpose: to specify the degree of link between organizational commitment and after-sales management control in a company in the hardware sector, Chiclayo 2023.
