Valorización del cine peruano respecto a las películas de corte cultural en universitarios, Lambayeque

Abstract

En el presente estudio se realizó un análisis de la valorización del cine peruano respecto a las películas de corte cultural en universitarios de Lambayeque. El cual tuvo como objetivos: caracterizar el sentimiento de identificación de los universitarios con respecto a las películas peruanas de corte cultural, describir la repercusión de identidad que generan las películas peruanas de corte cultural en los universitarios e identificar la preferencia y percepción de los universitarios por las películas peruanas de corte cultural. Se empleó la metodología cualitativa con enfoque fenomenológico, utilizando la técnica de la entrevista y el focus group, con sus instrumentos guía de entrevista y guía de preguntas. Los resultados permitieron identificar la valorización del cine peruano de corte cultural en los universitarios de Lambayeque y evidenciar su situación actual respecto a este. Se concluyó que los universitarios sienten identificación cuando ven la cultura de su región en una película, mas no las de otras regiones. Asimismo, el cine peruano necesita la implementación de leyes y mayor presupuesto por parte del Estado para lograr mayor difusión de los productos audiovisuales. Se recomienda incluir en la currícula universitaria cursos sobre el cine peruano y la cultura del Perú, para poder tener un público preparado para consumir este tipo de cine y sientan identificación con su cultura.

In this study, an analysis of the valorization of Peruvian cinema in relation to cultural films on university students of Lambayeque. The objectives were: to characterize the feeling of identification of university students with respect to Peruvian cultural films, to describe the repercussion of identity generated by Peruvian cultural films in university students, and to identify the preference and perception of university students for Peruvian cultural films. A qualitative methodology with a phenomenological approach was used, using the interview technique and the focus group, with its instruments interview guide and question guide. The results made it possible to identify the appreciation of Peruvian cultural cinema among Lambayeque university students and to show their current situation with respect to it. It was concluded that university students feel identification when they see the culture of their region in a film, but not those of other regions. Likewise, Peruvian cinema needs the implementation of laws and a larger budget from the State to achieve greater dissemination of audiovisual products. It is recommended to include in the university curriculum courses on Peruvian cinema and Peruvian culture, in order to have an audience prepared to consume this type of cinema and feel identification with their culture.
