Proyecto de inversión privada para la instalación de una clínica Oncológica en la región de Lambayeque, 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación es un proyecto de inversión privada para la instalación de una clínica oncológica en la región Lambayeque. El proyecto está realizado para los ciudadanos de 16 a 50 años de la ciudad de Ámsterdam, la cual buscan un alimento que mantenga el sabor y calidad de un chocolate que sea saludable. En el análisis y evaluación del proyecto, la inversión total determina es de S/ 7,830,565.39, de la cual S/2,349,169.62 será un aporte de capital propio lo que representa el 30% y lo restante, representando el 70% será financiado por una entidad financiera, equivalente a S/ 5,481,395.77. Por último, mediante los indicadores financieros del VAN, TIR, entre otros, los resultados obtenidos para poder realizar el proyecto indican que es viable, obteniendo un VAN económico de S/29,688,548.58 y una VAN financiero de S/30,065,593.09 siendo el resultado final a cero, lo que indica que el proyecto es viable.This research is a private investment project for the installation of an oncology clinic in the Lambayeque region.
