The present study focused on the evaluation of the feasibility of the design of a cement block factory to take advantage of rice husk in the Lambayeque region; in the composition of the product, CCA was found in a percentage of 20% of its fine aggregate. Firstly, the supply and demand of the block will be determined, to find the necessary introductory window for its commercialization, which focused on taking as a market the percentage growth in tons of the construction sector, for this, 20% of this for subsequent economic and financial evaluation. For its part, the location of the factory was analyzed, evaluating two regions such as Lambayeque and La Libertad, based on different factors, obtaining as a result the most suitable region for Lambayeque in the district of Lambayeque, with the purpose of managing the process in an environment that allows it to be efficient and productive, on the other hand, the plant layout is carried out, taking into account the technology necessary for the manufacture of cement blocks and also the essential operators for each operation, in addition, the profile of each of the jobs in the administrative part. Finally, the economic and financial analysis was carried out, obtaining an internal rate of return of 19,8% and an NPV of S/. 48 841,93, which concludes that the block factory design is viable for subsequent development.
