Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como propósito estudiar el gerente como facilitador del aprendizaje en el trabajo, siendo un estudio de caso en las empresas de comida rápida de un centro comercial – Chiclayo, considerando como objetivo general analizar como el gerente facilita el aprendizaje en el lugar de trabajo en empresas de comida rápida de un centro comercial. En cuanto a su metodología es de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo aplicada y nivel descriptivo la técnica de recolección de datos se optó por usar es la entrevista, mediante una guía de la misma, el cual se aplicó a trece gerentes donde se empleó criterios de inclusión y exclusión para determinar los resultados de la investigación. El principal hallazgo muestra los
comportamientos que tienen los gerentes para promover el aprendizaje, como el ser observadores y retadores, el segundo son las actividades que tuvieron para generar el aprendizaje como la rotación de puestos, y por último las condiciones contextuales que tuvieron los gerentes al fomentar el aprendizaje como el buen clima laboral.
The purpose of this research was to study the manager as a facilitator of learning at work, being a case study in the fast food companies of a shopping center - Chiclayo, considering as a general objective to analyze how the manager facilitates learning in the workplace. I work in fast food companies in a shopping center. Regarding its methodology, it is a qualitative approach, of an applied type and at a descriptive level. The data collection technique chosen to use is the interview, through a guide, which was applied to thirteen managers where inclusion criteria were used. and exclusion to determine the results of the investigation. The main finding shows the behaviors that managers have to promote learning, such as being observers and challengers, the second are the activities they had to generate learning such as job rotation, and finally the contextual conditions that the managers had when promote learning and a good work environment.
