The ethical principles of autonomy, non-maleficence, beneficence and justice were taken into account. Almost half of the university students presented low and slightly moderate risk, where there is a greater prevalence of low risk in men than in women. Regarding the BMI, half is within the normal range, as is the BP in women, however, half of the men are obese, likewise the majority did not do physical activity, did not consume fruits and vegetables, and had a family member with DM2, and in all of them they did not report a history of hyperglycemia and antihypertensive medication. Half have a low risk of DM2, with a normal BMI and no relevant medical history. While another group has slightly elevated due to lack of exercise, poor diet and family history.
